The Joy of Gratitude Journaling
A Gentle Guide for Women Healing from Trauma
Healing from trauma is not about forgetting the past-it's about creating space for hope, peace, and new possibilites. Graditude journaling is a simple practice that can gently shift your attention toward moments of comfort, strength, and beauty, even during difficult seasons.
This practice is not about pretending everything is okay or ignoring painful experiences. Instead, it is about noticing that alongside hardship, moments of kindness, courage, connection, and hope can also exist.
Your gratitude journal becomes a sacred place where healing, reflection, and self-discovery meet.
What is Gratitude Journaling?

These moments do not have to be extraordinary.
Sometimes gratitude sounds like:

- I enjoyed my morning coffee

- I allowed myself to rest without guilt
Healing often begins by noticing the small moments.
